A coffee and cake in the cafeteria during a break, a meatball and hot lunch of cheese sandwich washed down with a soda can, a "thickshake 'on the way home – if any of this sounds familiar, then you know of experience firsthand the ease with which these unnecessary calories add up. However, there is an easy way to take control of your weekday eating habits, saving you money and improve your diet.'s how it works.

Breakfast

Avoid taking a breakfast muffin on the way to work – to make their breakfast at home. Very good options to house some slow release makes the oats in the colder months, or any kind of fruit during the warmer weather. Add some nuts if you're still hungry, fill it and provide many valuable nutrients. If you do not have time for breakfast at home, you can easily take the fruits and nuts at work or eat on the bus or train.

By mid-morning and afternoon breaks

It's good to keep your metabolism ticking over by grazing on small healthy snacks throughout the day, as dry fruits, carrot / celery or rye crackers with low fat cream cheese. But did you know that the less healthy choice of something like a latte and pastry can amount to a quarter of the recommended daily amount of calories and half the RDA of fat?

To combat this enormous temptation to drink tea at work, preferably green tea, or if you really can not bear to give up his dose of coffee, make a flask and continue to milk powder. Unfortunately you really should drop the pastries, cakes, biscuits fat normally may accompany. However, if you feel you would like to include a biscuit with your cup of tea and snacks that do not simply mentioned as replacements here are some fab low calorie / low fat snacks coffee break around these days. Choose wisely and when you find one you like, be sure to buy in advance and to work with you to avoid other temptations.

Nic

The world is your oyster! If you are lucky to have its own kitchen staff, then there really is no limit to what can lead to work for lunch as an alternative to fast food. If you're sticking with the lunchbox cold food try making your own couscous, salads and pasta salads, including fish, skinless chicken, grilled, avocado, beans and pulses and sprinkle with a little oil and cider vinegar for the taste.

This type of diet is not only great for your waistline, also very good for skin, hair, and – most important – is a fantastic way to eat for your overall health, why not try?
<ul
