We are focusing more on their cardio sessions with weight loss, and I do the weight on my own in the middle.</p><p> First, I have little moderate speed (3.4) on the tape, to warm up, then after 10 minutes, she&#39;s got me Crank It Up to 4.0 and away I go. (Note to self: need new shoes &#8211; I will get leg cramps if not received one).</p><p> She starts walking at 4.0 for 2 minutes then do 15 squats (for 3 games). My legs feel every bit of that later, but my heart thanks me. It works my quads and butt (pardon the expression) very well at the same time.</p><p> Then return to the trainers room for a series of exercises that will help my abs and the hamstrings (which has eliminated the double leg extensions and my lower body workout, including squats will be the primary).</p><p> One is the normal 3 sets of 12 crunches, is super with the other what I like to call a hamstring angle increase. (You can do this at home.)</p><p> Get a mat and lie on your back on the floor. Put your feet in the center of an exercise ball (or on the couch, whether at home) and with your arms at your sides lift yourself so your body is straight from head to foot, hold for 3 or 4 seconds, then lower. Do this about 8-10 times, then back to the cracks. I love the way that extends the ham (no pun).</p><p> I feel I have done this because my job requires 12.5 hours a day in a sitting position. My hamstrings are tight! Sure that extends outward. I thank these sessions sweat!</p><p> Diet Tip</p><p> Eating properly is essential to keep in shape too.</p><p> I call this my &quot;Three Cup vegetable broth.</p><p> I&#39;m having a bowl now. Mm, mm, mm.</p><p> Get a large pot and pour 3 cups cold water in it (hence the name)</p><p> Add a small can of chicken broth (beef you want)</p><p> Add a small can of tomato with basil and oregano soup</p><p> (You can substitute the tomato soup with pasta or pizza sauce)</p><p> Next,</p><p> Cut (large pieces) and add 3 cups potatoes <br
/> 2-3 cups of carrots in chunks <br
/> 2-3 cups of turnip fragmented <br
/> 1-2 cups sliced celery <br
/> and a small onion <br
/> (and 3 cups of vegetables you want any other for that matter)</p><p> Add a handful of flour (which helps thicken a few), pepper and summer savory (notice no salt) and a bay leaf (remove the bay leaf after the soup is done well?)</p><p> To give a stir and put a cover on the pot and place in preheated oven (300 degrees) for three hours. (Yes, 3 hours &#8211; and never fails!)</p><p> About 30 minutes before cake is done about your choice and drop the top. Oh, what a delicious and healthy meal that you just created.</p><p> I get easily 4 to 5 feedings that a good pot of soup. I found a Healthy Heart Cook Book. We hope you enjoy it as much as I do. My heart thanks me for it.</p><p> Staying fit and force yourself to get that! Certainly was not tempted to go to the gym today, but man oh man I&#39;m glad I did.</p><p> Take care.</p><ul

/> for <span>left atrial enlargement</span>, which increases the risk of <span>atrial<br
/> fibrillation</span>, stroke and death, a new study shows.</p></p><p><span>Atrial fibrillation</span> is the most common type of <span>arrhythmia</span> (an <span>irregular<br
/> heart rhythm</span> or heartbeat).</p></p><p>Researchers analyzed data on 1,212 men and women, aged 25 to 74, in<br
/> Germany who were followed for 10 years. The study authors concluded that<br
/> obesity and <span>hypertension</span> cause structural and functional changes in the<br
/> heart and are independent predictors of left atrial enlargement (LAE).</p></p><p>The highest incidence of LAE after 10 years was seen in obese people &#8212;<br
/> 31.6 percent compared to baseline prevalence of 10 percent among all study<br
/> participants.</p></p><p>The findings, published in the Nov. 17 issue of the <i><span>Journal of the<br
/> American College of Cardiology</span></i>, confirm the strong association between<br
